اختلاف الفقهاء في صحة إثبات الشهر القمري بعلم الحساب الفلكي
Abstract
الخلاصة
هذا البحث يبين اختلاف الفقهاء في كيفية إثبات الشهر القمري، هل يثبت برؤية الهلال أم بالحساب الفلكي، وخلاصة البحث أن العلماء اختلفوا في جواز إثبات الشهر القمري بعلم الحساب الفلكي، فالجمهور يمنعون استعمال علم الحساب الفلكي وبعضهم يجيزون استعماله. ومن أبرز أسباب اختلافهم هو في فهم أمر النبي برؤية الهلال هل هذا الأمر تعبدي وجب تنفيذه كما جاء أم هو أمر تعقلي ينفذ بحسب وجود العلة وعدمه، فبعد عرض أدلة المانعين والمجيزين مال الباحث إلى رأي المجيزين لقوة أدلتهم ونتاسب هذا القول بالعصر الحديث الذي تقدم فيه علم الحساب الفلكي تقدما عجيبا فأصبح نتيجة الحساب الفلكي قطعية بعد أن كان ظنية.
