Ulil Amri dalam Perspektif Fikih
Abstract
Umat Islam memiliki tujuan dan cita-cita hidup agar terwujudnya kesejahteraan di dunia dan di akhirat. Untuk mewujudkan tujuan ini Allah telah menurunkan pedoman kepada umat Islam berupa wahyu al-Quran dan al-Hadis yang merupakan sabda hamba-Nya Muhammad Saw.2 Tujuan dan cita-cita hidup yang mulia ini merupakan ajaran al-Quran3 yang diekspresikan oleh umat Islam dalam bentuk doa yang dipersembahkan kepada Allah di setiap waktu. Pedoman dan aturan yang telah diturunkan Allah ini, tentu tidak dapat berjalan sendiri tanpa ada kepemimpinan yang mengendalikan pelaksanaannya. Peran pemimpin dalam Islam sangat urgent dan penting. Dan bahkan, Islam sangat menganjurkan dan membutuhkan kepemimpinan.
